I think the place is good.
I enjoyed my room - good-sized and recently renovated with 2 beds. The location is marvellous, a wide array of restaurants and bars nearby. It's found in a safe area, just next door to many landmarks of Beverly Hills.

Greatly enjoyed how fantastic the property was and its affable staff like always specially all the receptionist. The atmosphere created was special! The position of the hotel was great, in the Los Angeles area. I was surprised at nearby Walter's Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. Everything was simply good.

The rooftop bar has fine views, and I loved the mini bar selection with Nespresso pods! A great vibe.

The design of this hotel is beautiful and modern but the very best part is the staff. The guest services agents truly care about their guests experience. This type of genuine hospitality is now a rarity in the industry.
The location was not the best: limited dining options and a bit sleepy.

The hotel staff and receptionest were very friendly. The room was very clean and design was very modern. I did not like the black walls and black halls, it was too dark. The elevator was too slow. The swimming pool at the roof was amazing ad overlooking the city. 5 minutes walk from Rodeo drive. Parking was expensive in the hotel.

The chic decor with rich colors and elegant furnishings. The rooftop pool was especially lovely.
More comfortable seating in the lobby would help.

pool area, bed was comfortable, nice, modern design, affordable
facilities are not well maintained - electrical issues, slow elevators; valet was expensive without any indication of where to self-park

Staff was outstanding! Fun, personable, attentive and professional. I was exhausted at the end of a long travel day and check in put a smile on my face.

The rooftop bar served up some killer vibes and fab mini bar snacks! The café downstairs had epic chopped salads and delicious bites. Definitely worth checking out while lounging poolside. Plus, the staff were super nice.
Booked a double beautiful room but ended up with a less desirable room on a lower floor, visible to all the parked cars. Plus, the wardrobe for the disabled access room was a bit of a bummer for hanging my dresses-definitely wanted more privacy for my stay.
